Processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery times

Total time is processing plus delivery. These are estimates, and during the holiday season carriers can experience delays.

🎄 Holiday order deadlines

To give your order the best chance of arriving before December 25, please order by:

• United States: November 28
• Canada: November 23
• Australia: November 29

Orders placed after these dates are still shipped as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates after the label is created, which is normal. If your tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days, contact us at info@minielfco.com with your order number.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately. We can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at info@minielfco.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
